Here’s how it works:
Go to WorldVitalRecords.com and sign up for a subscription. Once you get to the Account Information, you will be able to make a payment by credit card, check or money order. If you send a check, your account will be activated once WorldVitalRecord.com receives your payment. (Make sure you click on the Check option)
